Floods and landslides caused by heavy monsoon rains since the last week of May 2013 hit 29 districts of Nepal. To date, a total of 59 people have died, 29 people injured and 2,079 families (approximately 12,474 people) are displaced due to the disaster.
44 have been killed, 15 are missing, and 118 have been injured.
In Nepal, at least 22 people were killed in recent days in landslides and flash floods also triggered by monsoon rains, officials said.
