The 7.2 magnitude earthquake in Simelue regency, Aceh, had injured 20 people as of 3 p.m., a statement from the Health Ministry said.

At least 12 residents of Sinabang, Simeulue regency, Aceh, have been treated at a local hospital after being injured in the 7.2-magnitude earthquake that hit the province on 7 April 2010. A blackout hit Aceh and surrounding areas after the jolt.
