There have been two dead due to a 7.0 degree earthquake on the Richter scale Wednesday morning in Michoacan state, western Mexico.

Its epicenter was near 48 km west of the coastal town of Lazaro Cardenas in the state of Michoacan, some 380 km southwest of the capital.
A strong earthquake shook Mexico City and parts of western Mexico early on Wednesday, leaving one person dead of a heart attack and another injured by a collapsing wall.
