About 76,725 people are displaced and are expected to remain in temporary shelters for the next few months.
The number of affected families is 46,272 and 15,545 families are displaced due to flooding.
To date, 40,631 families (203,155 people) from five departments in the country have been affected by the flooding and require humanitarian support.
Unusual and heavy rains have increased the water levels of the Yguazú and Paraná rivers, as well as the Yacyretá and Itaipú dams, increasing twice as much their flow volume and causing the flooding of large rural and urban areas affecting 31,837 families.
