The floods, he added, caused blackouts along 30 km out of 60-km-long power network in Golidagh. A local official on Sunday said the floods damaged 50 rural houses.
Floods caused by heavy rain killed 27 people in northeastern Iran on Sunday, state radio reported. It quoted a local governor as saying the people were killed in the village of Galidagh in Golestan province, which borders Turkmenistan on the shores of the Caspian Sea.
