    According to preliminary investigation, the quake caused 22,950 houses in Ninglang to collapse or be seriously damaged. Among the 60,000 victims of the natural disaster, nearly 22,000 have needed to be relocated. The 118 injured, who have been sent to local hospitals, were in stable conditions.
