Viet Nam:Flash Flood:2004/07/21
Duration2004/07/21 Death toll rises to 20 after a flash flood in the northern mountainous province of Ha Giang. The flooding injured 10 people, swept away 16 houses, and damaged many road sections as well as residents' property and crops.
