Djibouti:Flood:2004/04/15

Duration2004/04/15 Heavy seasonal rains in the Horn of Africa in the past days caused severe flooding in Djibouti. Authorities reported 51 deaths and over 100,000 affected people, out of which 1,500 people were homeless.
