The casualties and damage by the floods in the past two days are:
Ninh Thuan: 9 killed and 10 missing
Binh Dinh: 3 killed
Phu Yen: 3 killed
Khanh Hoa: 3 injured

Binh Dinh:74 houses collapsed
Phu Yen:6 boats swept away
Khanh Hoa:41 houses collapsed; 4 boats sunk; and railway lines damaged
