Niger (the):Flood:2003/09/08

Duration	2003/09/08	Exceptionally heavy rains and severe floods in the Sahel region have caused the loss of life of several dozen people. Niger Seven persons have died, and approximately 5,400 families (30,000 people) in the regions of Dosso, Tahouna, Tillabi and Zinder are affected by rains and floods.
