Duration2003/07/22 The southern and southwestern parts of Pakistan have been struggling from the effects of floods due to above normal monsoon rains during the last two weeks, especially from the second round of monsoon rains that started on 22 July 2003. Sindh and Balochistan provinces are bearing the brunt of the floods.
