Afghanistan:Cold Wave:2024/03/01

Duration2024/03/01 Heavy snowfall, rainfall and low temperatures has affected most of Afghanistan resulting in casualties and widespread disruption to services, blocked roads and significant loss of livestock of livestock between 26 February to 1 March 2024. The provinces most affected are: Badghis, Badakhshan, Faryab, Jawzjan, Kandahar, Helmand and Sari Pul.
