Viet Nam:Flash Flood:2023/09/12

Duration2023/09/12 On 12 September 2023, heavy rainfall, strong winds and thunderstorms occurred in Lao Cai Province, northern Vietnam, causing flash floods, and landslides that resulted in casualties. According to the ASEAN Disaster Information Network (ADINet), at least nine people died while four others are still missing across the affected province.
