Kazakhstan:Wild Fire:2023/06/10

Duration2023/06/10 Forest fires have been burning in the eastern Abai region (northeastern Kazakhstan), burning an area of approximately 60,000 ha of land and resulting in casualties and evacuations. According to media reports, at least 14 people died and more than 300 people have been evacuated across the affected region.
