Duration2022/08/08 According to South Korea's Central Disaster Safety Headquarters, as of 6:00 a.m. on 9 August 2022, seven people were dead (five in Seoul and two in Gyeonggi-do), six were missing (four in Seoul and two in Gyeonggi-do), and nine were injured due to the record rain that has hit the capital region since 8 August 2022. Six people were missing (four in Seoul and two in Gyeonggi-do), and nine people were injured as of 6:00 a.m. on 9 August 2022.
