According to the provincial civil affairs department, heavy rain and floods have disrupted lives of around 32,400 people and forced 896 to be relocated to safety across the province.
Floods also damaged 56,200 hectares of crops, causing direct economic losses of 96.9 million yuan (14 million U.S. dollars).
