Philippines (the):Violent Wind:2018/07/16

Duration2018/07/16 Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) was enhanced by Tropical
Cyclones, "HENRY", "INDAY", and "JOSIE" bringing heavier rain to the northern region of Philippines after 16 July 2018. Due to flood and landslide caused by heavy rain, more than 2 million people have been affected.
