According to local media, as of 9 February at 7.00 UTC, the death toll has reached 23 people and two more persons have been injured in the provinces of Arequipa, Chiclayo, Huancavelica, Ica, Lambayeque, Paita, Ayabaca and Lima.- ECHO 2017/02/07
