Duration	1998/11/19	On 19 November, two earthquakes hit a rural area on the border of Yunnan and Sichuan Provinces in southwest China.Some 312,300 people were affected, 1,543 people injured and 3 killed. More than 12,000 housing units collapsed and 16,000 were damaged.
