Viet Nam:Typhoon:2014/07/19

Duration 2014/07/19 Typhoon Rammasun made its landfall in Quang Ninh province of Viet Nam in the noon of 19 July 2014, causing whirlwind and heavy rain in a number of the northern localities. Nearly 200,000 residents had been evacuated from high-risk areas in coastal localities in the north.
