Sri Lanka:Flood:2000/11/17

Duration	2000/11/17	Triggered by the torrential monsoon rains since November 17, massive floods have caused serious damage in Batticaloa district, eastern Sri Lanka. At least three death have been reported, 100,000 people have forced to evacuate.
