Report/Articles IFRC 2011/11/10 Floods began in the Mekong Delta in the middle of September. According to the Government, almost 600,000 people have been affected in seven provinces, with 73 deaths. In all, more than 125,000 houses have been inundated and more than 10,000 acres of rice paddies lost.
