Dominica:Hurricane:2007/10/28

Duration2007/10/28 Since October 28, 2007, tropical storm Noel has pounded the Dominican Republic with high winds and torrential rains, which have left at least 20 people dead, and some 30 missing. More than 3,000 people have been evacuated. There is severe damage to electrical lines, roads, bridges and hundreds of homes.
