Duration2007/07/06 Flood Japan Torrential rain since 6 July has been affecting people at Misato city, Kumamoto prefecture, Japan. Water supply for approximately 1200 families has been cut since the 7th, and the Self Defense Force is implementing relief activities for the affected. More than 100 people has been evacuating as dozens of houses in the city were destroyed or exposed to water by the flooded water.
