Duration2000/01 - 02 A week of torrential rain at the end of January 2000 has caused flash floods on the island of Mindanao in the southern Philippines.
Affected population is 153,885, evacuated population is 14,460, fatalities is 34, missing persons is 16. Houses totally destroyed is 55.
