After completing the training course students will be able to:
- Apply methods of systems analysis, probability theory and mathematical statistics to problems of emergency warning and elimination;
- Simulate processes of natural and technological emergency occurrence and development with application of computers in dialog regime;
- Forecast possible negative consequences and assess expected social losses due to different emergencies, as well as to identify effective response and to take immediate measures in the case of emergency situations.
