Emergency Management as a core business for both central and local government, relates to an interest in and responsibility for: disaster resilience, sustainability, and efficient and effective expenditure. This course provides a framework and context for emergency management for participants from departments, the emergency services, and other government agencies. It covers the range of activities required in each phase of Comprehensive Emergency Management.
