This course is focused towards infrastructure (water, sewer, gas, engineers, etc.) professionals and the challenges they face in a WMD incident. The course introduces chemical, ordnance, biological, and radiological (COBRA) threats, and the current international and domestic terrorist threat. Through a practical exercise, it incorporates public works crisis and consequence management issues that occur in a WMD incident.
