Awareness, Operations and Incident Command

The course introduces chemical, ordnance, biological, and radiological (COBRA) threats. It also covers the current international and domestic threat. In addition it provides a practical planning and operational exercises involving WMD incidents. Incident Command will be taught by exercising the federal response plan and integrating state and federal support into the WMD incident to bring it to resolution.
