Recovery Management Program operated by Australian Emergency Management Institute Recovery management is the coordinated process of supporting disaster-affected communities in the reconstruction of the physical infrastructure and the restoration of emotional, social, economic and physical wellbeing. The Recovery Management program has been expanded considerably in consultation with key stakeholders. The context and scope of the new program will allow much greater exploration of current recovery management practices and ideas. The new program consists of five units which will be presented for accreditation as separate Short Courses.
