This three day course is designed to provide the participants with an overview of emergency management concepts and functions, with emphasis on the importance of harmonious teamwork among those who have a role in all four phases of emergency management: mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery. This course is part of the Professional Development Series (PDS).
