The Interregional Local and Community Level Disaster Risk Management (LCLDRM) Course is based on appropriate technologies and methodologies developed and implemented by the world's most vulnerable countries to disasters. It includes case studies, and the experiences of local governments, civil society and non-government organizations. It will be delivered using an interactive approach, where participants will learn collectively from their own comparative experiences and case studies, and actual site visits and interaction with vulnerable communities in the Philippines.
