Combined Humanitarian Assistance Response Training (CHART) is an introductory course designed to provide basic information about complex contingency operations in an international arena to trainers. Graduates of this course are better prepared to instruct others on how to perform their duties toward achieving their missions in complex contingency operations. The CHART course is of benefit to all international and non-governmental organizations that may be working with the military in these operations.
