This will provide a background of the SEMS statute, including compliance issues. You will be presented with an overview of SEMS elements with a focus on your role as an executive in a SEMS organisation, and the need for executive support to effectively implement SEMS. An additional emphasis will be placed on the executive's role in ICS.
