Emergency Site Management

This course is designed to enhance the candidates' ability to direct, control and co ordinate operations at an emergency site. This course is management oriented. It is not a basic skills course. It aims at improving the awareness, management co-ordination and the planning needed by emergency team leaders. Participants are exposed to the essential information necessary to prepare them to work effectively as part of and/or to manage a group of emergency response teams or organizations.
