This course is designed to train professionals in how to evaluate several non classroom training alternatives and choose the most effective method(s) for delivering training. At the conclusion of the course the participants will be able to 1. Choose the most efficient and effective delivery method(s) based upon content, audience, and course objectives. 2. Identify the various personnel, equipment, and system resources nessessry to provide training using a variety of methodologies. 3. Develop a business case and marketing plan for supporting the use of alternate delivery methods.
