This course will provide the participant with the knowledge, skills and tools to become a more effective instructor. The course includes pre-course and in-class reading assignments, work group exercises, a quiz, and team and individual presentations. Since the emphasis of this course is on delivery, participants will be required to deliver three presentations using a variety of training techniques, with an opportunity to make an optional presentation
