|Damage to agriculture and food supplies: The floods have destroyed two-thirds of the rice production.||Damage to health facilities:
In 7 communities, the health facilities have been completely destroyed, while in another 10 districts the damage has been evaluated at between 30% and 90%.
Damage to the educational sector: The 120 public primary schools have been destroyed by 95% and only 7 schools were spared serious damage. Unless rapid reconstruction of schools can take place, it may not be possible to proceed with year-end exams.
