This report is based on the preliminary findings of the joint assessment mission from 3 to 5 November conducted by the National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO), Ministry of Health, Ghana Armed Forces, UN agencies, USAID, Ghana Red Cross and NGOs. In the Northern Region, the largest of all affected regions, with many rivers flowing to the Volta Lake, all 13 districts were severely affected. Districts of East Gonja, West Gonja, Nanumba, West Mamprusi and Bole are of particular concern. Many areas are still covered with water. This report includes list of requirements for international assistance
