Hundreds of people are feared dead following deep, devastating landslides Friday in a remote, mountainous part of far northeastern Afghanistan. Yet Ari Gaitanis, a spokesman for the United Nation\\\'s Afghanistan mission, reported later Friday a smaller figure of 350 deaths.
