The situation Heavy monsoon rains have been affecting some parts of Bangladesh since 9 June 2018. More than 20 people have lost their lives and hundreds of thousands of people are affected in south-eastern part of Bangladesh including Coxs Bazar, Rangamati, Khagrachhari, Bandorban, Chattagram districts, as well as eastern part of the country including Moulvibazar and Sylhet districts.
