Philippines (the):Typhoon:2008/09/19

Duration2008/09/19 Typhoon Hagupit entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility as a Tropical Depression on September 19, 2008. It intensified into a typhoon, although it did not make landfall, enhanced the southwest monsoon and brought rains over southern Luzon and Visayas particularly over the western sections.
